DISORDERLY STRANGERS.

A Government Bill, which has been read a first time m the House of Commoiis provides a maximum of six months' imprisonment for disorderly conduct by strangers m the House of Commons or House of Lords. (This measure is, no doubt, aimed at the suffragists.)
