SECESSIONS FROM THE IRISH PARTY..
LONDON, July 29.. - A meeting of the Irish Party in .the House*of Commons, in receiving from Mr C. J. Dolah a letter wishing to withdraw from membership of the party, censured Mr Dolan's.public lepudiaticm of the party's policy, and requested him to resign his seat. The meeting welcomed Sir T. Esmond's resignation, and expressed regret at Mr E. Blake's resignation on the ground of ill-health.
