DEATH AT SEA.
WANGANUI, July 30. A private cable message received from Sydney this morning states that Mr Charles Siddells, late licensee of the Federal Hotel, Wanganui, died on the Wimmera, en route with other Wanganui excursionists to witness the WebbTowns sculling championship. Deceased was a brother to Detective Siddells, of this town, and leaves a wife and family.
