Five hundred oil towers, 40 of them belonging to a noble company, and many naptha storehouses at Baku are ablaze. The riots are increasing and the Caar has ordered a vigorous polioy of suppression. Troops haye bean sent to Baku from Tiflis, aa the forces are insufficient to cope with the rioters, The conflagration continues. The whole of the Elisabethpol region is described as a bftttlefield.
Tartars butchered Armenians at Mm tend in Transcaucasia.
