The Strike Spreading to Siberia
St. Petersbubg, Feb. 2 The manufacturers at St. Peterß-urg ai© meeting the strikers m a conciliatory spirit, offering assistance to the needy, and not to punish the leaders. They agree that their demands shall be submitted to the Minister of Finance with a view to legislation, but promise no practical concessions. The strike ia extending to Irkutsk. It is reported that 400 men employed at the Krasnoyarsk station, on the Siberian rail-, way, have struck.
