United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Sydney, Feb. 2 MrT. A.' Coghlan, Government statistician, goes to England to re-organise the Agent-General's Department, and will act as the general representative of the State m London, receiving .£6OO m addition to his preEent salary. When the re-organi-sation is effected he will act both as AgentGeneral and commercial agent at a salary of .£ISOO. The salary of the two offices is now ,£2320. Coghlan's appointment is a temporary one, pending the appointment of a High Commissioner.
