Received Feb. 2, 8,39 a.m. London, Feb. 1 > Mistchenko has been wounded rather severely below the knee. , St. Petersburg. Feb. 1 Herr Schwab, President of the Bethlehem Steel Works, has been summoned to St. Petersburg in connection with the project to build ten battleships.
