Received Feb. 1 at 8.50 a.m. Pabis, Jan. 3i An infernal machine, with a lighted fuse attached, was opportunely discovered out-, side the residence of Frinoe Tronbetzky attache to the Russian Embassy m Paris. Letters received m Paris declare that the police of St. Petersburg and Moscow hired roughs to assault people, 10b houses, smash windows, and pillage generally, and that they then accused the strikers of committing the outrages; St Petersburg, Jan. 31 Several were killed and many wounded during the rioting at Warsaw.
