NORTH CANTERBURY v. SOUTH CANTERBURY.

This match was commenced at Lancaster Park yesterday. Orchard captained the northerners, and Lynch led the southern men. Ohrtstchurch, Feb. 26 North Canterbury were all out at the lunch adjournment! for 167—Strange 56. Dalgleish did the hat trick, and took severn wickets for 34 runs. The match Ashburton High School v. Tinwald 2nd. which was to have taken place yesterday, has been postponed till next Thursday, as the ground was yesterday oocupied by the Christchurch grooers' picnic party.
