J Nelson, Jan. 27 The weather is du'l for the Ne'son match against Lord Hawko's team. There is a good attendance of spectators. The local team are butting with eighteen rain and. fielding with fifteen. The rain last week had a disparaging effect on the wicket, which is m a sodden conditun, and unfavourable to the bat-men. Nelson won the toss, and sent (he Fn^Hshmen to the ( wickets, and 5 wickets are down for 124 runs. j
