The anaoonceiu.ont> vas received with aborts of "Traitor/ Jt is believed that several of the warships belonging to the Spanish fleet, which sailed from Oape Verde, are approaching the Atlantic coast. London, April 26 Sir Matthew White Ridley has directed that the British ports shall supply vessels of the belligerents only with sufficient coal to carry them to the nearest port m their own country . The taking of prizes to British ports is. interdicted.
