Preßs Association — By Eleotrio Telegaph— Copyright. Sydney, April 25 Flour hat advanced 5s to-day, partly attributable to the war.
Messrs Dalgeiy and Co., Limited, have received the following cablegram from their London office under date, 22st instant : —
"There is a fair demand for frozen mutton m general,, and prices are a shade firmer. Since oar last telegram, prices of New Zealand (crossbred) and Queensland (merino) froaen lamb are lower by id per lb, and the market is dull,"
A private cable message from London, received by a Christchuroh firm, quotes New Zealand Tuscan wheat at 40a per quarter, the rise being owing to the war between the United States and America.
