Received Wakapuaka Sept. 10, 10 a.m., Guakdian office 10 30 a.m. London, September 9. The London United Worker* Society is urging the engiueers to abandon their demands for eight hours as a day's labor. Many other branches of labor are striking for the eight hours concession. The Trades Union Congress sitting at Birmingham has passed recolnsiona denouncing the Conspiracy Acts as unjust to workers and in support of the miners' demands for an eight hours day. „__________
