FRANCE AND CHINA.
Shanghai, October 25 France shows a disposition to inflict punishment on China, unless her long list of claims are settled. Two Chinese Generals, charged with cowardice and extortion, also with murdering Frenchmen, will, it is expected, be beheaded.
