NEW SOUTH WALES FINANCE.
London, April 30. The "Scotsman " says that it is impossible te conceive a more disastrous step than the proposed issue of notes by the New South Wales Government. It considers that the proposal is only worthy of a bankrupt South American Republic, and is calculated to bring permanent discredit on the colony.
