SCHOOL COMMITTEE ELECTIONS.
MAYFIELD.
Six nominations were sent in before the evening of the election.—Messrs Jam<?s Dellow, John Burgees, Dinie) Kellahan, J. L. Chriatenson, Jo3eph Tweedy, and W. Beckett. At the householders' meeting Mr Beckett withdrew his name and Mr Samuel Miller was nominated. The billot resulted as follows :—James Dellow, 14 ; John Burgess, 14 ; D. Kellahin, 13 ; S. Miller, 11 ;' J. L. Christensen, 10 ; J. Tweedy, 8. The first nve were elected Mr D. Kellahan was re-elected Chairman, with Mr J. Dellow 'o sign cheques.
