London, December 81. A portion of the factory-made butter, ex Orizaba, sold at 112s to 118s per cwt, dairy made 102s. Melbourne frozen mutton could net be disposed of, as buyers complain that carcases cut up unsatisfactorily. Two hundred and fifty carcases of lamb sold at 3|d. London, Jannary 1. The wheat market has a strong tone. Prices are unchanged. The Continental market has an, upward tendency, and the American is steady.
