SENIOR APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS. The following appointments and promotions of officers in the New Zealand Forces were gazetted this week: Major (temp.) H. Vickerman, D. 0.8. E., M.lnst.C.E., M.Sc., ' N.Z. Defence Engineer Service Corps, has been appointed to a command in the Wellington district. Major H. S. Jones, 2nd N.Z.E.F., is appointed Chief Instructor, Field Wing, School of Artillery. Major T. C. V. Rabone, 2nd N.Z. E. is appointed Commander, Engineers, Central Military District. The undermentioned staff cadets, on graduation from the Royal Military College of Australia, to be lieuten- , ants in the N.Z. Staff Corps: K. J. D. McCorkindale, G. K. > Bunce, P. F. Hewitt, A. W.
