APPOINTMENTS GAZETTED - • - • r > ' " ’*«'■ J-z ‘ Several appointments of 'officers in the New Zealand Military Forces are contained in the current issue of the ‘‘Gazette.” They are:— Staff. — Lieutenant G. P. Learnd* is appointed adjutant of the Northern Military District School .of instruction, Narrow. Neck. Lieutenant and Quartermaster A. Brant to be adjutant of the Ist Field Ambulance and assistant area officer, No. 1 Area. Lieutenant and Quartermaster T. B. Dale to be quartermaster, Infantry Training Battalion, Papakura. Lieutenant S. A. McNamara, D.C.M., to be captain while holding the appointment of infantry training instructor at Papakura. Lieutenant J. G. Brown relinquishes the appointment of dental officer at Papakura camp and is attached to the Royal New Zealand Air Force station, Hobsonville. Regiment of New Zealand Artillery. —Mr. R. M. Foreman to be secondlieutenant and is posted to the Ist Field Battery. New Zealand Chaplains Department Mr. H. C. Goffin, 4th class (Salvation Army), from the reserve list, to be Chaplain, 4th Class, Area 1. ■" - /
