At Willard Institute, Napier, Mrs Bibby, President of Waipawa Union, on behalf of members of the* Dominion W.CT.I ~ presented Mrs Oldham, late* Kditor of “White Ribbon,” with a very handsome tea and coffee* service and a Union badge in gold, with lettering in pearls. Mrs Oldham had given several yea is of faithful service* to the paper, and universal leg ret was fell that failing health had compelled her to vacate the editorial chair.
