Easter I.—The1 .— The services on Good Friday and Easter Day were particularly well attended and the Church was beautifully decorated for which we have to thank the ladies of the Guild. The Vicar wishes to express his very sincere thanks to all who so liberally contributed to the Easter offering and isparticularly grateful for the many gifts sent privately by the country residents. Missions.— We were delighted, to receive a visit from Dr. Fox of Meltt'nesia and very gateful to him for his interesting discourse illustrated with lantern slides. ' Duplex Finance. — This will be our fourth year under the Duplex System and we have no reason to regret having adopted this method of financingour church work. We shall be glad to receive the names of any fresh subscribers who desire to join the Duplex System. Ladies' Guild.— The ladies <n the Guild met on Friday, the 9th May, and Mrs Eric Loisel presided over a good attendance. Sewing was the order oi the afternoon and a pleasant time was spet. After tea was provided by Mrs A. J. Sharpe.
