WAIPUKURAU BRANCH.
During the year our membership has remained about the same. We have auite a number of members (considering the size of our town.), but the attendance is generally small. There are no arrears, and
the meetings have' been held regularly. ; The great feature of the year has been the kindness of the members, who have given both time and money m making quite a large parcel of clothing for the S. Helen's Bast I£nd I/ondon Home for Waifs and Strays. All the articles were useful and well made, and, as Miss St. Hill said m her letter of thanks, will help to clothe miany a poor child. There are no cases of distress m our town, so the members thought they were justified m working, for such a noble object as the S. Helen's Home. RUTH H. SMART, Hon. Secretary.
