GISBORNE.
It will be seen by enclosed form that our members have decreased since last year. . Several have left the district, and one or two are married. ■■■'■.■ We* have lost one of our best workers, Mrs. Roberts, our Presiding Associate. Mrs. Dawson Thomas has also withdrawn from active work. We have had our usual weekly meetings,, which have not been very well attended, but yet we are hoping for better results next year. Nurse .Holt, one of our members, gave the girls two interesting lectures on "Sick Nursing." Miss Wilson, . a missionary from India, also spoke one evening to the girls. We have formed a Sewing Guild among our members, which promises well. B. S. FAUBBRT, Branch Secretary.
