■ July 1. Dusseldorf. — plan for the extension of the City of Dusseldorf. Premiums of £IOOO to £375. Conditions on applications to the Chief Burgomaster, Dusseldorf. No Date. Competitive pencil designs arc to be invited by the Wellington Education Board in connection with the building of the new teachers’ training school to be erected at Kelburne, and for which a site has been secured. Premiums of £7O, £2O, and £lO are to be awarded as prizes. Conditions will shortly be announced.
