Description :■ —Supposed Victorian, state school teacher, 26 years of age, 5 feet 8 inches high, stout build, dark complexion and hair, small beard and moustache, chin shaved, large mouth, slight lisp, tattooed on one hand, gunpowder marks on one leg, wore dark clothing, and light lace-up boats. William Scott Cuttle charged on warrant with uttering valueless cheques to Marks Kozminsky. Offender is accompanied by a Mrs. Crowley, of Tallarok, a Victorian native, 22 years of age, 5 feet high, fair complexion, dark brown hair, and round features, wore blue surge dress and black bonnet, with pink flower and white veil; will likely be in company with a tall slender woman having fair hair worn in ringlets, and dressed in deep mourning. Cuttle is severely cut about the face from a thrashing given him by Mrs. Crowley’s husband. It is supposed he will endeavour to leave the Colony. 0.6560, 14th December, 1874.
