Mr. Francis McCullagh, the well-known war correspondent, who-is a native of County Tyrone, has for some time, been serving in Tipperary as a lieutenant in the Royal Irish Fusiliers. He has now received orders to proceed to the front. Until a few months ago he was acting as war correspondent with the Russian Army on the East front, representing one of the London dailies and one of the leading American journals.
