Messrs. Stronach, Morris, and Co., Ltd., report : '— Rabbitskins. — Our weekly sale took place yesterday, when' we offered a very large catalogue. Bidding was exceptionally keen, and prices showed an advance of from idto l£d per lb on all good skins. We can strongly recommend consignments. 'We topped the market yesterday with 20& d for winter does, and indications point to good fckins * going even higher. Quotations: Prime winter does, 18d to 20£ d; winter bucks, 16j£d to 17Jd^ mixed bucks and does, 15d to 17d; incoming winters, 14£ dto 15fd.; best autumns, llfd to 14|d; spring bucks, 9d to 13d;- spring ' does, 8d.,.' to 12d; summers, 7£d'to 9Jd; milky does, s£d to 6£d; mixed, 6d to 8d; small, 3d to sid; winter- blacks, to 17^d; summer blacks and fawns, to 8d ; hare skins, to 4d^r horse hair, 17dtol8£d. Sheepskins. — We' held our usual weekly sale to-day, when we offered a good catalogue to a lafge attendance of buyers. Owing to the rise in the wool market, bidding --> was very brisk, and jail good skins showed a rise of from Jd to £d per lb.
