The attendance of buyers was larger than- usual and bidding was much brisker than we have seen it for some time. Skins all round' showed an advance of from £d to Id •heir lb, except for small and milky. Winter bucks and floes sold up to 18d per .'lb ,; autumns 9M to 10£ d ; best, summers from Bdi to 9d , medium to good 6d to 7d spring buc s to 10d per ft, and small 2£d to 3 sd, mixed skins 6"d to 7-|d, -horse hair from 14-|d to ?Bd. Sheepskins.— We held our usual fortnightly sale today! when we su'hlmitted a - fairly large catalogue. There .were one or two^ new buyers in the market, and although bidding was brisw up to a certain point, prices sihoweid no material change, except for good pelts and best lambskins there was a slight rise. Best halfbred 'brought fron 4-§d to s*d, inferior- 3d to' 3£d, best crossbred 4^d t o sd, medium to goad 2d to 3£d, best lamfosMns 4d to' 4fd, medium to good 2d to 3£d, best pelts 3d to 4|-d, light |d to 2d per ft, best merino 4|d< to 6>a.
