The capital funds of the office are guaranteed by the Colony, so that clients need have no fear of its solvency. The Public Trustee can be appointed executor of the will or codicil of any person, and advice as to the making of a will ia given free of charge. The Public Trustee can be appointed trustee in place of previously appointed trustees or in place of persons who wish to be relieved of their trusteeship. The office also undertakes the management of property as attorney or agent, and administers the estates of intestates, etc. Persons requiring to borrow money on freehold security cannot do better than write for terms to the head offioe, or any of the locul agents...
