Auckland. — Olaf Anton Anderson, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 3.)

Auckland. — Clifford Campbell, inquired for, has paid his Social Security Contributions, and no further action is desired. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 76.)

Auckland. — Carlton Irvine Morgan, failing to maintain Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 95.)

Auckland. — William Holmes, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Ponsonby police. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 139.)

Auckland.— Gordon Donaldson (correct name Gordon Noel Donaldson), missing, has been located by the Te Awamutu police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 272.)

Auckland. — William Frederick Orr, suspected of theft, has been interviewed by the Auckland police, but no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1944, page 858.)

Auckland. — Tom Wetin, absent from Army, has been arrested by the military authorities. (See Police Gazette, 1944, page 876.)

Auckland. Alfred Brown Gillard, absent from Army Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 159.)

Auckland. —Edward John Charles, inquired for, has paid his Social Security Contributions, and no further action is desired. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 175.)

Auckland.— Frederick Berrill and Dennis Porter, absent from Navy, have been arrested by the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 179.)

Papakura. John Takarangi, breach of Air Force Act, has been arrested by the Air Force authorities. (See -Police Gazette, 1945, page 142.)

Tauranga. — Margaret Nathan, convicted (see Police Gazette, 1945, page ,162): The sentence •“ to pay costs ”is incorrect, and should read to come up if called on in 6 months.” All . copies of the Police Gazette are to be amended accordingly. '

Rotorua. — William Victor Hawkins, escaping from defaulters’ camp, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 269.)

Napier. Edward Aherne, alias “ Mick ” Aherne, alias Edward Ahern, failing to notify change of address, has been arrested by the Taihape police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 933.)

Napier.— James Wynn, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Belfast police. (See Police Gazette, 1943, page 750.)

Wanganui.- Manswell George Podjursky, convicted (see Police Gazette, 1944, page 644) : On 9th instant the Court of Appeal reduced the sentence of “ 2 years on each ” to “ 1 year.” All copies of the Police Gazette are to be amended accordingly. - ,

Petone.— The unclaimed bicycle, No. 3/101/7, has been delivered to the finder, Edward Edlin. (See Police Gazette, 1943, page 805.)

Wellington. Hilary Burton, alias John Hillary Burton, failing to report for military service, has been arrested by the Taranaki Street (Wellington) police. (See Police Gazette, 1942, page 427.)

Wellington. Rupert John Ashmore, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1945, page 31.)
