Devonport.— Cecil Mason Orange, deserting Navy, has been arrested by the Helensville police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 360.)

Devonport.— Weston Ross Ansley, deserting Navy, has been arrested by the Cambridge police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 375.)

Auckland. James Ryder Hurley, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 127.)

Auckland— Hazel Birks, alias Hazel Margaret Howard, alias Tony Howard,, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Mount Cook police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, pages 255 and 295.)

Auckland. David Balfour Wilson, inquired for, has been located by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 285.)

Auckland. Walter Edward Reynolds, theft, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. He assumed the name Maxim Silvester. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 295.) *

Auckland. Cuthbert Priest, alias Jack Morris, alias J. C. Morris and Robert Bruce McKinlay, suspected of theft, have been interviewed by the Auckland police, but no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 241.)

Auckland. John Andrew Matthews, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Mount Albert police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 323.)

Auckland. William Lowrie, absent from Army, has been arrested by the Normanby police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 327.)

Auckland. William Shead, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 357.)

Hamilton. — Ernest Walter Healey, alias Wally Hirst, false pretences, has been arrested by the Christchurch police, and he admitted the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 357.)

Taihape. — Oscar Greer, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the National Park police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 566.)

Waipukurau.— E. F. Patrick, theft: Patrick Ernest Furlong Collins has been interviewed by the Lower Hutt police, and he admitted the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 358.)

Marton. — Peter Clarke, inquired for, has been located by the Taihape police, and the rifle recovered. His correct name is Peter Clark. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 358.)

Dannevirke. John Richard Ryder, default of fines and costs, has paid the amounts to the Gisborne police. (See Police Gazette, 1941, page 358.)
