UNCLAIMED PROPERTY.
Auckland. The property described hereunder was found in possession of Alfred Hicks Howell, referred to in Police Gazette, 1941, page 225, and the owners have not been found : A gentlemen’s leather overcoat, about size 6, dirty white lining with brown and black squares, three buttons on front, trench pockets, loops for belt; and a black spanner about 6 in. long, branded “ Eto Ford Model,” about f in thick, oval ends similar to large tack-puller.
Hamilton. About the 25th December last, the bicycle described hereunder was found in Grey Street, Claudelands, and the owner has not been found : A gentlemen’s black with red lines, No. 34706, rusty handle-bars, black rubber grips, steel rat-trap pedals, leather three-spring saddle, black Reid rubber tires, square edged mudguards, two spokes missing from front wheel; value about £3.
