SPECIAL NOTICE.
* Wellington.— Urgent inquiries are to be made to locate and arrest Leonard Neiligg; alias Leonard Melting, alias O’Brien, alias Sydney Davis, referred to in Police Gazette, 1941, page 93, and Photographs, 1934, page 34, who is wanted on warrant charging him with a breach of his probationary license (Crimes Amendment Act, 1910), to wit, having left his address at 27 Richmond Street, Petone, without notifying the Probation Officer. When last seen he was wearing a blue suit and felt hat. He is addicted to drink and is quarrelsome when under its influence. . When arrested on the charge mentioned the Superintendent of Police, Wellington, is to be urgently notified as Neiling is suspected of murdering Marjory Livingston Horton, referred to in Police Gazette, 1941, page 31.
