Auckland.— MANUKAU COUNTY COUNCIL’S welding outfit stolen : Most of the stolen outfit has been recovered and the offender arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 753.)
Epsom.— WILLIAM FELLOWS GROVE’S rifle has been recovered, not stolen. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 682.)
Waiuku. —JANIE COWLEY’S horse has been recovered, not stolen. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 171.)
Hamilton. — McKAY’S motor-cycle has been recovered, and the offender arrested by the Petone police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 62.)
Patutahi.— RAYMOND WILSON’S rifle has been recovered by the Gisborne police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 225.)
Wairoa.— MAßY ELIZABETH McKAY’S ring, &c., stolen : The ring has been recovered, and the offender charged with the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 528.)
Wanganui.— HOGAN’S bicycle has been recovered by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 167.
Wanganui.— JOYCE OLIVE LEYLAND’S bicycle has been recovered by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 428.)
Wellington.— CHAßLES BEGG AND CO.’S clarionet stolen: The clarionet has been recovered and offender arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1940, page 120.)
Wanganui. —CHAlNEY BROS.’ bicycle has been recovered by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1939,page 770.)
