Auckland. — Digger Munn, default of fines and costs: The warrants have been executed by the Mount Eden police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 301.)
Auckland. James Edward Kelly, default of fines and costs, has paid the amounts to the Dargaville police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 231.)
Auckland. — William Dempsey, default of maintenance, has paid the arrears to the Sydenham police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 409.)
Auckland. Walter Buchanan, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Wellington police. His correct name is Waiter James Buchan. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 283.)
Auckland.— John Christopher Postlewaight, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police, (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 336.)
Auckland.— Reginald James Versoe Bradley, false pretences, has been arrested by the Mount Cook police, and he admitted the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 425.)
New Plymouth. Arthur Gray, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Wanganui police. (See , Police Gazette, 1939, page 254.)
Wanganui. — Leslie Kennedy and Robert Creighton, found on licensed premises during prohibited hours : Each has been served with the summons by the Upper Hutt police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 371.)
Wanganui. James L. Smith, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Wellington South police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 371.)
Wellington. George Armitage, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Queen Street Wharf (Auckland) police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 284.)
Blenheim. Arthur Clarence Hardy, alias Arthur Davis, default of fine and costs : The warrant has been executed by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 118.)
Greymouth. Percy Birchheld, alias “ Tup,” failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Taumarunui police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 350.)
Christchurch. Arthur Davis, alias “ Swankie,” alias Arthur Clarence Hardy, travelling on ship without paying fare, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, pages 51 and 134.)
Lyttelton. — Harry Bolz, unlawfully landing in New Zealand, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 371.)
Invercargill.— Luke Cody, inquired for, has surrendered himself for examination and no further action is to be taken. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 410.)
