Devonport. — Evan Arthur Fraser, deserting Navy, has been arrested by the Mount Cook police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 151.)

Auckland. — Frederick William Innes, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Ohura police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 136.)

Auckland. Richard Ward, failing to maintain Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 149.),

Auckland. — Kenneth Ernest Adams, default of balance of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Northcote police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 253.)

Auckland. — lvan John Slakich, default of maintenance, has paid the arrears to the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 371.)

Auckland. Alexander Murray, failing to maintain Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 317.)

Petone. Allan Ewart Jones, theft, has been arrested by the Auckland police, and he admitted the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 232.)

Christchurch. Colin Charles Carruthers, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 392.)

Lyttelton.— May Stewart, alias Bincent Laundaka, convicted (see Police Gazette, 1939, page 384): She is identical with Lizzie Stevens, alias Sterio, alias Lucy Stevens, referred to in Police Gazette, 1937, page 722.

Dunedin. Thomas John Henry Foote, escaping from prison, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1939, page 371.)
