♦ Kaeo. James Smith, alias IVlcEwan, default of maintenance has been arrested by the Johnsonville police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 519.)

Auckland. — Frederick Francis Hall, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Ongarue police. (See Police Gazette, 1937, page 511, and 1938, page 617.)

Auckland.— Samuel Shepherd, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Takapuna police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 519.)

Auckland. — John Harold IVScTaggart, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Tolaga Bay police. (See Police Gazette, 1927, page 842.)

Auckland. — Clifton Mortimer Turner, failing to maintain Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 535.)

Patutahi. — Phillip Edward IVloore, inquired for, has been located by the Patutahi police. (See Police Gazette, 1938, page 441.)

Palmerston North. — George Alexander Scott, convicted (see Police Gazette, 1938, page 117): He died in the Wellington Public Hospital on the Bth instant.
