Basle (Switzerland).- —Inquiries are to be made for (1) Lambert, age fifty-three, height 5 ft. 6/ in., thin build, thin dark-brown hair going bald, prominent brown eyes, prominent nose ; wears spectacles ; apparently speaks only English; probably identical with Jamerson, alias James John Laurence Burton, whose photograph appears in the New Zealand Police Gazette, 1932, page 602 ; and (2) John Agnew, alias James Coats, alias James David Coates, alias James ison^Sc - ., agethirty- six, height 5 it. ''sJ' im, stout build, thick dark-brown hair, dark-blue eyes, hooked nose, double chin, small birthmark on left cheek, small scar on left side of chin; apparently speaks only English. His photograph appears in New Zealand Police Gazette, 1932, page 602. They are wanted in Switzerland for defrauding Prince Jean Sapieha of 278,136 Swiss francs in November, 1936. They are international swindlers, and usually choose their victims among the guests at spas and health resorts.
