MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION.
Amendment in Date of Appointment of Sergeants. It has been decided to make retrospective for six months the date of appointment of all Sergeants who have completed a probationary period of service as Acting-Sergeants, and in order to preserve the seniority of Detective-Sergeants promoted at the same time, the dates of their appointment have similarly been made retrospective for six months. The dates of appointment of the following to the rank of Sergeant will be amended accordingly :
