Roads Excluded from Limitation as to Speed imposed by the Motor-vehicles Amendment Act, 1936, s. 3. (See New Zealand Gazette, 1937, page 140.) LN terms of section 3 of the Motor-vehicles Amendment Act, 1936, I, Robert Semple, Minister of Transport, do hereby exclude the roads described in the Schedule hereto from the limitation as to speed imposed by the said section.
SCHEDULE. Situated within Kawliia Town District - Kawhia-Wharepuhunga via Kawa Main Highway No. 21 (all that portion from the north-eastern boundary of Kawhia Town District to a point 40 chains from the said boundary, measured along the road). Situated within Te Kauwhata Town District— Te Kauwhata - Waerenga Main Highway No. 401 (all that portion from the south-western boundary of Te Kauwhata Town District to a point opposite the junction of Travers Road and the main highway, a distance of approximately 60 chains ; and all that portion from the junction of Amo Street and the . main highway to the eastern boundary of Te Kauwhata Town District, a distance of approximately 35 chains). Situated within Tinwald Town District Christchurch-Blenheim Main Highway No. 101 (all that portion from a point opposite the saleyards to the southwestern boundary of Tinwald Town District, a distance of approximately 20 chains). Grahams Road (all that portion from the eastern boundary of Tinwald Town District to the junction of Grove Street and Graham Road, a distance of approximately 56 chains).
