Otakj. —Since the 19th ultimo, Iris Cootes, age sixteen on 3rd March, 1936, hut looks older, height about 5 ft. 5 in., domestic, native of New Zealand, good build, pale copper complexion, black hair cut short at back, brown eyes, good looking, but bold expression ; a quarter-caste Maori ; dressed in men’s grey flannel trousers, a singlet, and bloomers, pink or white locknit jumper, red or black beret, leather overcoat, and grey cloth shoes. Inquiry by her father, William Cootes, Otaki, who desires her to return home with a view to his having her placed under supervision.
