Christchurch. —A permit to procure or import a firearm is not to be issued to the person named hereunder without reference to the Commissioner of Police, Wellington, Reginald John Vallens, referred to in Police Gazette, 1935, page 206, and Photographs, 1930, page 16. He is at present on relief work, and he resides at 95 George Street, New Brighton. (P. 22/520/2088.)
