Auckland. —James Arthur Howe, default of fine and costs : The warrant has been returned to Court. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 559.)

Auckland. —Robert A. Kowlette, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Ponsonby police. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 619.)

Auckland. — S. Kunard, obtaining credit by fraud, has been arrested by the Te Awamutu police. His correct name is Samuel Kennard. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 307.)

Auckland. Athol Gofer Phillips, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Ngaruawahia police. (See Police Gazette, 1933, pages 715 and 755.)

Auckland. —Daniel Pervan, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Greymouth police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 275.)

Auckland. John Shanks, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Ellerslie police. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 559.)

Auckland. Joseph Stevenson Skinner, failing to maintain Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 259.)

Papakura. Robert Victory Garrett, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 645.)

Hamilton. Cecil Edward Carlson, alias Cecil Edward Hatfield, alias Christie, breach of probation and failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Hamilton police. (See Police Gazette, 1935, pages 531 and 543.

Inglewood. Jack Grylls, inquired for, has been interviewed by the Te Awamutu police. (See Police Gazette, 1934, page 494.)

Hastings.— G. Thompson, false pretences, has been arrested by the Wellington police. His correct name is Kenneth Mansel Thomas. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 604.)

Wanganui. James Henry Hammond, suspected of theft, has been interviewed by the Nelson police, but no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 605,)

Wanganui. George William Sass, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 531.)

Foxton. (name unknown), false pretences : Charles ROSS, referred to in Police Gazette, 1935, page 207, has been charged with the offence by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 260.)

Levin. —P. Gray, false pretences : Charles ROSS has been charged with the offence by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1935, pages 232 and 260.)

Wellington. —P. Gray, alias C. Shaw, alias Rev. S. Carr, suspected of breaking, entering, and theft : Charles ROSS has been charged with, the offence. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 198.)

Wellington. George Costin Clarkson, false pretences, has been arrested by the Mount Cook (Wellington) police. He is identical with George Clark Warren, alias Wilson. (See Police Gazette, 1933, page 334.)

Christchurch. Johnston Rayburn McMullan, alias John Robert McMullan, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Te Kuiti police. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 592.)

Dunedin. — Henry Robert Samuel Barker, driving motorcar without license : The summons has been served by the North Dunedin police. (See Police Gazette, 1935, page 532.)
