Safe-breaking. Nelson. Patrick Terence Burke; suspected of safe-breaking, vide Police Gazette, 1934, page 121 : A warrant has now been issued for his arrest charging him that at Nelson on or about the Bth July, 1933, he broke and entered the shop of Percy Howcroft and stole tobacco and £lO Is. 6d. in money of a total value of £lO 3s. 6d. His photograph has been identified as that of James Gregory Burke, alias Edward Williams, referred to in Police Gazette, 1932, page 549, and Photographs, 1923, page 1.
