Accused, who was employed on a milk-round, received from Ralph Barley 11s. 6d. in payment of an account and he failed to account for it to his employer. There are other charges pending. He may be in possession of a reddish-brown Raglan overcoat, New Zealand H.B. Clothing Factory on tag, size 3, which he is suspected of having obtained by false pretences.
