Since the 23rd October last, Leslie John Hanlon, age seventeen and a half, height 5 ft. 7 in., labourer, native of New Zealand, medium build, dark complexion, black hair and eyes ; dressed in a navy-blue or greyish-blue suit and military overcoat which has been dyed black (no hat), turns up the right corner of his mouth when speaking ; quiet speech.
