Onehunga. — Florence Dierck, missing, has been found drowned. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 372.)

Auckland. — William McElwain, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 351.)

Auckland. Alfred John Garment, default of maintenance, has paid the amount to the Foxton police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 385.)

Auckland. — Kathleen Marlay, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Thames police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 351.)

Auckland. — Rangipouri Marumaru, default of maintenance, has paid the amount to the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 351.)

Auckland. Patrick Joseph O’Hara, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Christchurch police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 369.)

Auckland. George Meredith, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 369.)

Hamilton. — Wilfred Leonard Hunt, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Cambridge police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 213.)

Ohakune. — Edward Scott, false pretences, has been arrested by the Paeroa police. He is identical with Oswald Charles Morgan, alias William Theodore Thompson, referred to in Police Gazette, 1929, page 156. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 196.)

Napier. — Oswald Charles Morgan, alias William Theodore Thompson, default of fine and costs and breach of probation, has been arrested by the Paeroa police. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 156.)

Napier. — Raymond Claude Hogg, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Feilding police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 386.)

Hastings. — Edward Robert Kellett O’Leary, unlawfully using a motor-car, &e. Edward Robert Kellett, alias Ted O’Leary, has been charged with offence by the Hastings police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 352.)

Hunterville. — Albert Lawrence Lord, failing to maintain Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 164.)

Wanganui. — Frank Maurice Priest, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Whangamomona police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 352.)

Wanganui. New Zealand Government (Post and Telegraph Department) mail-bag unlawfully opened: Kopeke Rukuwai has been arrested for the offence by the Wanganui police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 299.)

Palmerston Nortu.— James Burch, trespassing on racecourse, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 658.)

Wellington. Albert Thornley’s money, &c., stolen: Lawrence Graham Greer and Claude Augustine Gibbs have been charged with the offence by the Wellington police. The stolen property has not been recovered. (See Police Gazette, 1930, page 792, and 1931, page 28.)

Wellington. Frederick Hill, ship desertion, has been arrested by the St. Albans police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 370.)
