Dargaville. — Edward Neil Whitten, alias Sid Brown, suspected of breaking and entering, has been interviewed by the Marton police, but no evidence resulted. (See Police Gazette, 1929, page 579.)

Auckland. — Ernest Walter Oliver, default of maintenance, lias been arrested by the Ponsonby police. (See Police Gazette, 193.1, page 195.)

Auckland. Bernard Brummell Wildermoth, alias Roy Wilson, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Mount Cook police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 63.)

Auckland. Robert James Hooper, default of maintenance : Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 227.)

Auckland. Robert Montague Herdson, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Kawakawa police. His correct name is Herbert Montague Herdson. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 195.)

Gisborne. — John Katz, breach of Stamp Duties Act, has been served with a summons by the Taranaki Street (Wellington) police. (See Police Gazette, 1930, page 324.)

Wairoa. James Thomson, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount to the Rotorua police. (See Police Gazette, 1931, page 228.)

Wellington.— James Dunbar, alias James Dunbar Crerar, failing to provide, has been arrested by the Napier police. He had assumed the name Hendry Morris. (See Police Gazette, 1930, pages 702 and 790.)
