APPREHENSIONS PERSONS FOUND. ETC.

Auckland. Thomas Henry Barraclough has been served with a summons by the Whakatane police. He had assumed the name John Henry Hamilton. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 647.)

Auckland. — Robert Selbourne Rose, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the New Plymouth police. His correct name is Herbert Selbourne Rose. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 675.)

Auckland. — Frederick Joseph Pritchard, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 399.)

Papakura. — J. Donovan, theft: Charles Patrick McAllister, alias Hogan, alias Hanley, has been convicted at Wellington for this offence. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 624.)

Matamata. — Thomas James Adams, indecent act, has been arrested by the Huntly Police on another charge. He had assumed the name Thomas James. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 428.)

Whakatane. — Arthur Green, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Whangarei police. He is identical with Arthur Watson Green, alias William Burgess, referred to in Photographs, 1920, page 33. (See Police Gazette, 1923, pages 428 and 637.)

Gisborne. — Harold Wellsmore, betting on licensed premises, has been served with a summons by the Te Aroha police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 258.)

Taumarunui. — Thomas Vincent Wheatley, alias H. Dudley, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Tuakau police. He is identical with Thomas Webster, referred to in Police Gazette, 1923, page 546. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 232.)

New Plymouth. — Arthur Clement, alias William Charles Joseph, false pretences, has been arrested by the Whangarei police. His correct name is William Charles Clements. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 148.)

Patea. — James lan Stuart Colquhoun, theft, has been arrested by the Dargaville police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 637.)

Hawera. — William James Hart, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Dannevirke police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 665.)

Taradale. John Patrick O’Shannessey, alias O’Shanassey, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Napier police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 586.)

Palmerston North. Gunn, default of fine and costs, has paid the amount due to the Palmerston North police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 510.)
