Avondale. —August William Jensen, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Auckland police. (See Police Gazette, 1922, page 227.)

Taihape. Stuart McDonald, default of maintenance, has paid the arrears to the Woodville police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 454.)

Palmerston North. Samuel Crawford Rodgers, breach of probation, has been arrested by the Wellington Police. See Police Gazette, 1923, page 510.)

Wellington. —William Penney, default of maintenance, has been arrested by the Hawera police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 216.)

Wellington. —James Radcliffe, alias John Radcliffe, alias James Hart, alias Albena, breach of probationary license, has been located by the Tinui police. He had assumed the name John Duncan. (See Police Gazette, 1920, page 388.)

Wellington. —James Gray, failing to maintain, has been arrested by the Wellington police. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 638.)

Christchurch. —Frederick William Ansley, failing to maintain : Warrant cancelled. (See Police Gazette, 1923, page 566.)
